"Patrick kept me informed on what time he was going to arrive as I was not his first call for the day.  While he was there, I also had him look at a rusted galvanize pipe in the laundry  area that has been leaking for a while.  He discovered that the rust had made a hole in the nipple where the fitting ended.  Besides expertly installing the hot water heater replacing the galvanize pipe with copper he also replaced the leaking pipe in the laundry area for a reasonable additional charge.  He was very professional  and although this particular job took longer than he expected, he stayed with his estimated price.  I am a  competent  do-it-yourselfer that is getting up in years, so I did not want to tackle this job.  Watching Patrick perform this job made me glad that I did not do  it myself.  Upon finishing up, he also cleaned up the area well.
