Painted a lot of the first floor and fixed holes in drywall, installed new toilets and plumbing pipes. He has also did the bathrooms at the new school in Martin County KY in top to bottom in tile and even did the new college add on to high school bathrooms in tile. You never have to stand over him and watch to make sure he doing it right.
