"Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime.

"Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it.
