Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! Joe (the son) came out the next day and knew exactly what was wrong with our "vintage" 6-burner Viking cooktop (4 of the burners would not ignite). He ordered the parts and came back with his father, Don (the co-owner with his brother), and they fixed it. Since we moved into the house 15 years ago, 2 of the burners never ignited and a previous repairman had no idea what was wrong. Joe is super knowledgeable about various kitchen appliances, having worked for several different companies over the years. He was nice, helpful and professional. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low.
