"Andy's tree service returned my call same day and were able to accommodate my schedule. The team showed up as scheduled and phoned me to let me know when they were on the way. They were on site for half a day, had a tree climber and did a ton of thinning out and trimming back of these overgrown trees in my front yard. The trees look great, retain their shape, and still provide shade. For the amount they cut back, the time it took, having a climber on site, etc. the price I paid was fair and comparable to similar services I had done at a previous home I owned. I will definitely use Andy's tree services again.

We have many mature trees that require frequent trimming. There are Live Oaks, Red Oaks, Crape Myrtles, Elms, Yaupon, and Japanese Maple. Over the years I have used several tree services, with mixed results.

I heard about S&P from neighbors who were very pleased with their work. I requested an estimate. Jesse came the next day. I was very impressed with his professional manner and the courtesy he showed me. The estimate was fair so we made an agreement.

The work was completed easily in one day with a large crew. Jesse was available throughout the day to make sure the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew showed the same degree of professionalism and courtesy as I had seen from Jesse.

After the trimming, all the debris was removed carefully.

"Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. Lastly--although they used a giant chipper to remove all the wood, there was still some little twigs/sticks across the front yard. I went back and picked them up. Overall--very happy with David and his team."

"I have used this company before with total satisfaction.  This time the work was done as requested but there were delays in the work and several times the workers did not come on the appointment day.  This required a lengthy follow-up period to what I thought would be a one day job.  The company owner responded by throwing in extra work for the same price.  The work was done properly and to my satisfaction.  Clean up was a little short of expectation but we are talking about a few drink bottles and small tree twigs, etc. out of 2 truck loads of vines, tree limbs, a removed tree, and dead shrubbery.  All in all, I am happy and have scheduled for a winter tree trim.  This problem had not happened in 2 previous visits.  I am not an expert but their knowledge of trees and shrubs seems to be  good and professional.  Be firm about appointment times and finish date.
