"Seabreeze did an amazing job clearing my backyard property of dead limbs, leaves, roots, and then planting a LOT of St. Augustine sod, after they fixed my sprinkler system. They also planted very nice plants along the perimeter of the house and mulched with pine bark. I liked the job performed so much that I continued to hire them for other areas of the property to include clearing my front yard and dead tree removal. "Michael Morgan, owner of Tru Perfections, was the second of two companies I spoke with, who recommended removing the palm instead of trimming it.  Normally I  would cut the tree down myself, but if it fell a few feet wrong in either direction, it would have wiped out our front staircase or the other palms and ground cover we wanted to save.  So, I decided to go with a professional.  
 
Mr. Morgan called to confirm his time of arrival for the estimate.  He arrived on time, looked at the situation, answered my questions in a direct manner, and explained a lot about palm trees that helped me decide on removal versus trimming.   He gave me a price which included cleanup and removal of all debris, as well as a firm date for the job.
His price was fair and significantly lower than the other estimate.  He and his crew arrived on the date and time promised, got right to work and had everything finished in one hour, including cleanup.  He was prepared to dig up bushes to keep them from being crushed, but instead was able to tie them back, so none of our ground cover was even touched when the tree fell.
The price he charged was well worth it!   He and his crew were pleasant and professional.  He had a professional vehicle and trailer, not all chromed up and fancy, but well maintained, with his company name. ( I like shiny paint and chrome, but I don't rely on it to choose a service.)  I recommend him and would use him again in future.

"I wanted to post a good word about AG, specifically their supervisor Al. I was reluctant to use any lawn company based on some dealings with some very shady people. However, I have really bad seasonal fungus and was unable to control this myself. I have been using AG for a couple years. Recently Al showed up at my home. Frankly, I have no idea why he was here. I never complained about anything or escalated any issues. I suspect either AG proactively does this as routine customer service or the tech escalated a particularly bad fungus outbreak to him. Either way this reflects very good on the AG leadership. We discussed my issue. Al was very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful personality. He addressed my concern and I am very pleased how this whole situation was handled. Anyone reading this who has a lawn service must ask if they received similar proactive customer service.
