He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. "Rickey Cheeks did a major renovation to my condo some six years ago. His bid was middle of the range of bids i received from contractors. I highly recommend him for any construction, renovation, or remodelling work for the following reasons: QUALITY- his expectations of sub-contractors were higher even than mine , the owner. He once commented to a sub-contractor “ Mr T is renovating not for functionality but for aesthetics.
