"When the first plumber came out, he confirmed that we needed a new water heater and that he would be back on Monday between 12n-4pm but closer to noon. As that time came and went, we checked back with the company who had our service scheduled for Wednesday instead. Normally, we wouldn't have cared about the delay but we had already been without water for 6 days in order to minimize the leaking.
