Got the estimates for the sunroom, sales manager came promptly and gave the estimates, very reasonable estimates, but after looking at the review online and enough reviews for the sunroom, really thinking about hiring them for the job. If I get guarantee on workmanship and schedule, willing to consider giving the job to them. ***can't say if I hire them again at this time, as the job done and see their workmanship"

"I waited until we had a few storms before writing this review. During the estimation process we discussed options which resulted in less work for the company and less expense for me. The work the company performed has exceeded all my expectations. There were a few curve balls thrown into the work due to the age and structural strength of the enclosure which the company handled well and with a certain amount of anticipation; they liked the challenge. In addition to the rescreening the company strengthed the enclosure structure with brackets and additional cables, and built a cat door on the lanai. Both of these additions to the original quote were reasonably priced. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional in their work and their personal behavior (language and music choices). The owner of the company headed the project."

"Hired David Graf to repair a rotten beam on our patio, replace stucco/drywall around it, and redo the second floor balcony decking with new hand railings. Not only David provided us with the most competitive estimate, he realized some material savings during the process which ended up saving about 10% at the end. Quality exceeded our expectations. "Incredible job it's absolutely beautiful looks like a complete different place. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY WOULD USE AGAIN in a heartbeat absolutely incredible job. Bill the owner of the business came out to our house and came up with a drawling on putting up a pan roof on our house right on the spot when no other contractor (5 of them) I had out could figure out how to build it across our whole patio due to the angles on our house he is extremely knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would and His employees showed up every day till job was finished they cleaned up everything in yard and patio when done. You could also reach the owner at all times with questions if needed he answers his phone. My husband and I Learned about different types of aluminum in the process ( people don't realize there are differences in aluminum most contractors use the cheapest material) he uses the best aluminum and you can tell the difference from the rest of my patio. Cannot say enough great things about this company had not one issue from beginning to end worth every penny. All I can say is Incredible awesome beautiful job had no clue it would look so great!!!"

Very courteous and polite. Quality of the work and the materials is outstanding. Not a single issue with any of the doors they changed, which is harder than it seems! "I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"
