"This company is excellent- very responsive. Ryder is awesome. He is very professional & so helpful. They were able to place an emergency tarp for me with short notice when everyone was scrambling after a hurricane. Their workers are very hardworking and do an excellent job. I know I can count on their work being done right. I highly recommend this company. We are so glad we used them first for a roof repair & then for roof replacement & for any follow up roof leak concerns and now for an emergency tarp on another property I own."

"It went good, the price went up a bit but that’s because of all the wood they had to replace. I’m glad they did, they don’t cut corners when it comes to quality that’s for sure. I feel like a have a very tough roof for the hurricanes or bad weather we have here in Florida."

"Excellent work. No problems and no headaches. Would recommend to anyone considering roof repairs or replacement"

"I had used the company twice before. This time it was very hard to contact them due to the heavy volume of work from the recent storms. The job I had was a leak in the same area they had repaired a year earlier. David Johnson did come out and assess the damage and said there would be no charge as it was covered under his 2 year warranty. It took a while for him to come out and actually do the work, but yesterday he came out and personally did the repair. Hopefully successful. Wont know until next big rain storm."

"My tile roof was over 44 year old so it was time for a new roof most of the neighbors switched from tile to singles I personally wanted to stay with tile so I received five quotes, Brent Griffith Roofing beat all of them by far he made it feasible to stay with tile I remembered I had to be patient when getting a new roof because good roofers are always busy. B. Griffith Roofing, Inc. is top quality, the best price, his crew and support staff is excellence professional hard-working. I highly recommend B. Griffith Roofing, Inc. (727) 319-3408 Brent and support staff Carol, Nicole always returned my e-mails, txt, or phone calls. "Had woodstone come out and do a re-roof right before the hurricane. No leaks here! thank you guys so much!"

"We couldn't have had a better experience. Westchase Roofing wasn't our cheapest estimate nor were they the most expensive, but I can't imagine getting any better service by paying 5 or $6000 more as some estimates were. There were no hidden or surprise costs in their estimate. Any bad or rotten decking or fascia boards that needed to be replaced (seen or unseen) was already included in their estimate and they replaced a lot more wood than we were expecting. Other companies estimates only included replacing a minimal amount of wood and anything more would be added to their original estimate. Our final cost was exactly what was written on the estimate. They require no down payment. Bill is paid when the job is finished. When our salesman showed up for the initial meeting, he already had aerial views and a diagram of our house, shingle samples, roofing system information, etc. He was very informative and prepared and before he left we had our estimate. They called 4 or 5 days in advance to let us know when the work was to begin and again on the scheduled work day to let us know they were on the way. It took 3 1/2 days to do our house and they showed up on time everyday and gave us a full days work. When the job was completed, they spent a lot of time cleaning up any construction debris and nails that were left on the ground. Even the owner came on the final day to inspect the work. We feel Westchase Roofing did an outstanding job and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofing company."

"I've worked with several contractors over the years, but I can truly say never one as good as Jim Fernandez with Good Neighbor Roofing. His honesty, attention to detail, and professionalism surpassed them all. I can't thank him and his team enough for their exceptional job on my flat roof."

"I called Rick to get a price to clean my shingle roof. He gave me an estimate the same day. I was happy with the price, so I scheduled the work to be done. Rick showed up on time and he started working right away. He let the roof dry, checked everything over, and cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with the work and the price. Will be using them in the near future."
