Small jobs welcome

My name is oscar Pedroza, a 23 year old contractor based in Arizona and the owner of New Gen services LLC. I was introduced to this industry at a young age by my father, who taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and doing every job the right way. Through hands on experience over the years,I’ve developed strong knowledge and skills in asbestos abatement, demolition , and environmental services. As a young business owner, I take pride in building something of my own while continuing the foundation my father started. I’m committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high quality work on every project, no matter the size.My goal is to grow New Gen services LLC into a trusted name across Arizona by staying consistent, professional, and always putting the client first.

"Josh and his team are the best most responsive restoration guys out there. I originally made some calls to other companies and either they didn't pickup the phone or couldn't get some to come out right away to handle the flood damage. ASAP Restoration came right out within an hour and were very professional about not damaging other part of the house and also covering their shoes with plastic boot covers. It's never fun to deal with flood damage and they made things come back to normal within the shortest time possible. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services on their home or business."

"I needed someone who could handle mold removal on a wall in an older home (had a small percentage of asbestos in the joint compound). I found Circadian EnviroCon on Angie's List and called them. They had changed their name to American Abatement. David Smith was able to provide someone to perform the work immediately at a very reasonable price. He even provided copies of certifications for working with mold and asbestos. The work was performed in one day. They visited the house again the next morning to ensure that all mold was gone. <br />"

"Great company, they have been in Arizona for a long time. The owner Larry has an outstanding reputation. Asbestos removal is a dangerous process requiring highly skilled people. ALM Services LLC is very punctual from the first time they set an appointment for inspection. I would recommend them to everyone since they are licensed, bonded. Furthermore, they also leave the place spic and span behind them leaving nothing at your end. Extremely convenient and hassle free asbestos removal service."

"We completely gutted and renovated our entire house, using several different companies. We were content with the final product, but wanted to add a large fan to the main living room several months after the house was completed. We hired Rounds Construction for the job and of everyone we worked with, they were one of the most professional companies. They arrived at our house exactly when they said they would come. Moved all of our furniture out of the way very carefully. They never complained about crawling 50 feet through our tight attic space to the other side of the house to install the electrical in a very difficult spot. The fan installation is flawless and the price was very reasonable. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived by doing touch up paint on the ceiling and by the light switches, vacuumed, and patiently moved our furniture several times to exactly where we wanted it. I would definitely hire Rounds Construction again and again!"

FAQs for asbestos abatement projects in Arizona City, AZ

Asbestos is a group of six naturally occurring mineral fibers once commonly used in building materials because of their resistance to heat, electricity, and corrosion. However, in 1975, research confirmed that these fibers cause mesothelioma and other cancers, leading to strict usage laws. If your home contains asbestos, removing it can prevent long-term health effects. You'll often find asbestos in the flooring, ceilings, pipes, and roofing of homes built before the 1990s. Common asbestos-containing materials include vermiculite insulation, vinyl flooring, millboard, and corrugated roofing. If you suspect you have asbestos or any of these materials in your home, it's important to hire a reputable abatement company to perform testing.

Currently, there is no federal licensing mandate for asbestos removal contractors. However, certain cities and states require certification and specialized training. For example, in some areas, contractors handling asbestos must receive an Asbestos Handler Certification. Be sure to check your local laws to ensure any contractor you hire meets the necessary requirements.

Homes constructed before the 1990s can conceal asbestos within building materials, and testing provides a definitive answer. You should have your home tested by a certified asbestos inspection service. This professional evaluation identifies hazardous materials and determines whether removal or encapsulation is necessary. Testing safeguards your family’s health and supports smart budgeting for remediation.

Federal law does not require you to disclose the presence of asbestos when selling your home. However, certain states and local jurisdictions impose disclosure regulations that you must follow. Testing and professional remediation confirm that hazardous materials are properly managed. This proactive approach not only meets legal requirements but also protects your property’s value and buyer health.

Asbestos removal affects a home’s resale value because hazardous materials can deter potential buyers. Having toxic substances present lowers buyer confidence and may reduce the property’s value by 1% to 15% if not addressed. Professional remediation ensures safety standards are met and preserves marketability, protecting your long-term investment.

Grants exist at both federal and state levels to support asbestos testing and removal projects. Local housing programs may also offer financial assistance when asbestos is discovered during home repairs. Meeting certification and testing standards is required to secure these funds, which help to manage overall project costs while ensuring safe remediation.
