"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"I’ve had German Roofing care for roofs on 2 of the homes I’ve lived in over the past 10 years. The first was a tile roof and the current is a flat roof. The current flat roof needed cleaning and recoating, which was done early May, 2024. They were great about honoring a work proposal they did 10 months earlier and kept to that price, despite prices going up like they have for so many things. We scheduled the work, I gave them the required 50% downpayment, and they reminded me by both phone and email before the day the work was to be done. Two workmen showed up on time and cleaned, patched and recoated the roof of my 1900sf house. They were courteous and respectful and focused on their work. The owner, Manuel, who is a super pleasant and nice guy, came by in the afternoon to check on their progress and let me know they would need to come back the following day to finish things up and that after letting the coating completely dry for several days, he would come back to inspect the work that had been done. The workmen finished the following day and were great about cleaning up after themselves. Manuel did return as promised 4 days later, got up on the roof, and emailed me photos of the completed work. Yet again, my experience with German Roofing was very positive."

This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"I cannot recommend Express Roofing enough. I received 7 bids for my roof project included some highly rated companies. Express Roofing was the only company to provide me with photos and a video of my roof issues. They wrote out a very exact contract and were the only company to include fascia board and ply board for the areas of concern that they saw. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day and finished a large project in 4 days. This included both the shingle roof and 2 foam flat roofs. Jenna and Jeremy were at the house every day to provide me with photos AND drone footage to show the workmanship and progress each day which I received via email. "Daniel and Sons Roofing was fast and efficient in replacing my roof. Done in less than 2 days. George was able to have his crew start on my roof within a couple days of signing the contract. It took them one day to tear off 2 layers and replace some trim boards. It only took them 3/4 of the next day to put the new shingles and flashing on. They also did a good job cleaning up as they went along and afterwards. They were very careful to not allow any debris in my pool."
