Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!"

Overcharge for warranty item. $1904.40 to install warranty circuit board. They will not contact me by phone nor email. Paid $4,000 for their program which does not good when they over charge to install warranty parts. THIS PART OTHER CARRIER COMPANIES CHARGE $110 NOT $1904.40. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAMMING COMPANY."
