We even fed him dinner because he was nice enough to take care of the service that evening instead of coming on a Saturday or Monday. I was scheduled for foot surgery on Tuesday and he did want me to be worried about the repairs. He even provided us with some winter maintenance suggestions for a/c condensation line.
