"The entire crew was amazing!! My first project was a roof along with wood siding repair, house painting, and installing a railing the entire length of my front porch. The price was fair and the work was completed as the weather would allow. It did not take long at all. I was kept updated on all progress and of any issue that arose promptly. This project was done Oct 2020. My 2nd project was an interior remodel that included pretty much a full gut of the kitchen, installing wood beam to open up the area, complete interior house painting, and installation of new flooring. The project took about 2 months. The cabinetry is what took the longest to come in which caused a slight delay, but no complaints. I was kept updated every few days on progress and any issues that arose. The finished product is wonderful and I get so many compliments. I have a few more projects to complete and I do not trust my home to anyone else at this point. So, Jose and his team will be hearing from me again soon."

They did so very quickly to avoid any more water damage to the house interior. They even came on a Saturday with a crew of 4 to make the house weather tight again before more rain the next day. I really appreciate the fact that the roof was applied within a week of the damage and the cost was totally within the estimate of the insurance adjuster. "Matt Aguilar left a door hangar on my door representing Lake Hamilton Roofing. I knew he and his crew just completed a roof in my neighborhood and I noticed they were swift and proficient. I called Matt because we recently had a hail storm come through and he may have noticed my roof needed an inspection. After his inspection, Matt presented his findings. There was no doubt I needed new shingles. He was very explanatory about the process and expressed how little I would be involved if I so decided. As he explained, Matt handled all of the phone calls with the insurance and showed up to advocate when the adjuster performed his inspection as well. His team took care of all matters concerning the claim and managed to appease a few extra task I requested as well. In addition to replacing the shingles, the crew added additional gutters I requested, installed additional roof vents, and replaced the tin on my shed. I am very satisfied with the results and grateful for the professionalism."

He was accompanied by a representative from Safety & Environmental Investigations Inc and he was very helpful with addressing our situation and our needs. He recommended a humidifier and assisted us in getting that ordered. They also recommended wall mounted ventilation fans be installed to allow for greater air exchange and helping to eliminate humidity problems. Mr. Burks was good to call and check on how things were going as the job was in progress. He returned as he said he would and approved the job before submitting a bill for final payment. We would highly recommend this company for any mold or crawl space needs."
