They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. SavOn completed the remediation in about 4 days and were very thorough, professional and attentive. Taylor in the office and Ivan in the field provided excellent service. SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies. My project is not yet completed due to a lack of funds on my part but the cosmetic repairs will be completed soon and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Angel A"

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

He worked closely with our insurance company and all work was done just as promised. "Joe gave me an estimate we decided on what was far and he began the job, they found that some of the existing wall were week and were not supported by studs, so we worked out a price to get these wall an ceiling fixed they had a lot of that. once done we worked out a price to get closet doors hung and base trim along with framing windows, they did an excellent job.

"Over all the service was a success. We ordered the Big Deal and a rep from Audubon called to schedule the service. A single painter showed up rather than two so we had them here for two days. Ideally we would have had them stop by first so they could have shown up equipped to paint a tall stair well on the first visit but we ended up hiring them to come back complete that part of the job at a later date.
The painter that came taught us a thing or two about painting and we used that to finish other portions of our house. These guys are top notch.
