They ran a little late, so came in approximately 30 minutes late and when the technician showed up, he said that his boss told him to tune the A/C as opposed to cleaning the Oil Furnace. 
I had purchased a coupon for cleaning the oil furnace. Once he confirmed, things went pretty smoothly after that. He did his work and left.

I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me.
