"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

He spent less than 15 minutes My invoice indicated that: Replaced ignitor-$250 Diagnostic fee/trip charges......$55 Total----$305 When I called the company disputing the charges (the igniter, I searched online, does not cost over $25)- they assured me that they would send me the itemized invoice. The revised invoiced showed: Replaced ignitor ($110.00 ignitior price and $140.00 for labor price)---- 250.00 Diagnostic fee/trip charge ----55.00 ***DISCOUNT PER OWNER, MATTHEW-- FINAL PRICING*** -110.01 Sales Tax 0.00 Total-------$194.99 While I support local and small businesses, I draw the line when I feel I am being ripped off."
