"Great customer service. Good communication with estimate and service time. Arrived on time and made repairs they said were needed for the price they quoted. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"This was just about the best service and repair that I have ever had done in my house. Very nice and professional to talk with and a good personality. I fully recommend J.E.Appliance Heat-Air to any and everybody."

"Great technician and nice guy, fix my washer and dryer the same day for 300$ , good job"

"The repairman was able to come to my home within two hours after I contacted them on Angi's list. He explines the repairs necessary and the costs involved. I would definitely call them again."

"I am very happy with the service they performed.  They were on time, friendly and professional.  Finances allowing, I would like to get a whole house vent cleaning this year."

"Very pleased with service. Quick. Technician came out the same day as I called and determined the problem (new motor coupler) immediately. He was able to perform the repair the next day. Also, I was told during the initial call the maximum it could be based on my description of the problem so there was no sticker shock when I got the final amount (less than 200). It's been a few weeks since repair and no issues."
