"It was nice to felt heard and understood when we contacted Alarm Protect Group. Our prior experiences with other security companies was horrible. You could either never get ahold of someone or they offered overly expensive options. Received a security system that was in our budget and wish we could have found Alarm Protect Group sooner."

"Kevin did a great job on getting my security system back to working order. He arrived on time and completed the work within an hour. I highly recommend him and the company."

"Pleased with alarm system that we are receiving from ADT Security Services. They have been around the longest and it shows in their service. You still get the blue ADT stop sign to put by your front door to show that you have an alarm system to stifle potential intruders."

"Great job. Needed a kitchen ceiling light and dimmer switch repaired. Turner was knowledgable, efficient, and professional. Good response time. Reasonable pricing. Will definitely use them again in the future."

"Kevin was prompt to call me back and prompt to show up for my security alarm system repair. Once he arrived, he got to work, yet also took the time to educate while working. He fixed my problem and I am thankful!"

"Maximus Security Services is a class act that provides five-star service. We attempted several times to get our previous security company to repair our existing hard-wired alarm service. The sensors and/or wiring had gone bad and the alarm would go off for no reason in the middle of the night, which was very... alarming (ouch I know that pun hurt). The previous company not only refused to repair their own system, but treated us with shocking disrespect and even belligerence. Unable to find anyone to repair a hardwired alarm system, we simply went without for about a year. Finally, we found someone who recommended Maximus. Kevin, the owner was knowledgeable, friendly, capable and willing to repair our old system. He was able to help even sooner than expected, and repaired our system rapidly also correcting our improperly assigned zones. And a bonus is he's are also very reasonably priced and HONEST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"Good price. Typical monitoring services. My only real issue is that most of their account servicing needs to be done via snail mail or over the phone--they do not have a website to update contact info, billing info, or other details."

"S.J. Peters was very polite and professional. Mr. Peters explained the whole process to me as well as scheduling me the same day for installing my security cameras . Every step of the way he and his installers remained TRUE professionals that stand out from the rest .Not only were their prices were competitive & service impeccable. They provided great services. I will definitely be utilizing Mr. J Peters (AWS- Security & Control From Anywhere) in the near feature. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Security Company to family and friends."

"We just replaced our outdated and expensive security system with Smith Thompson Security. Our contacts with sales and support were friendly and helpful. The installation technician said our old system was usable and up-gradable to the new technology. We added cameras as well. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and full of tips on using the system. Total monthly cost for this new improved security was about half of what we were paying out to the old national company. So far, we are very, very pleased with our choice."
