"SafeStreets’ alarm system is fantastic. The motion sensors, door/window contacts, and cameras work flawlessly. The home automation features are a huge plus—I can control everything from my phone. Highly recommend SafeStreets to anyone looking for reliable security."

"The alarm security system in our condo needed to be upgraded. Ryan L, who we worked with on the project was fantastic all-around and COVID safe. Strongly encourage everyone to reach-out to Protect Your Home; the ADT Authorized Premier Provider."

"I incorrectly thought an alarm was malfunctioning.  First Detect Security responded immediately and very patiently worked through the situation with me until we found the problem.  What seemed to be an erratic alarm message was, in fact, a voice from a smoke detector warning me of a low battery.  Anytime I've had reason to call First Detect Security, they have responded quickly to solve whatever was afoot.
BTW, a month later, some burnt toast set that same smoke detector off and two hook-and-ladder firetrucks were at my house in minutes.  The crew chief said to me, "You have a very good alarm system."  Indeed!
Thanks, First Detect Security!"

"Good price. Typical monitoring services. My only real issue is that most of their account servicing needs to be done via snail mail or over the phone--they do not have a website to update contact info, billing info, or other details."

"The only negative is their estimate on how long it takes to install a new system properly. It is more time consuming than the instructions indicate. Nevertheless the equipment is fine, service superior and I would not even consider going with any other security system. We can monitor, arm & disarm, and keep track of events on both sites from one online site. This can be accessed from a computer, iPhone or iPad."

"They are awesome!  Even with all of the issues from our previous company, TNT just wanted to help us.  They installed the system - we obviously know that it is their equipment - they worked with us so that the house was protected.  They showed up when we called and could not have been more understanding.  They are a great company to work with.  I have referred them to my friends and family and will continue to do so!

"They worked with us to help determine the number of cameras we would need and did a very nice job installing them. They also made sure we could operate our system before they left. We had a great experience with them."

"The system works great! They were punctual and the wireless system is excellent."

"They were wonderful. Ashley came out to meet us & walk through the house, making recommendations for what equipment we needed, then scheduled an installation date. On the installation day, Nick did a great job of not only installing the new system, but explaining it as well. Would definitely recommend TY Enterprises for anyone wishing for a little more security, while home & away!!
