"I hate to give a bad review for a service I never used---but, I think it is helpful to point out the barriers to using it. I called the phone number for Dyezz on the AngiesList website---and a person from "Central Monitoring Station" answered. I went directly to the Dyezz website and called both the local and 800 numbers listed there---same thing, I got connected to a "Central Monitoring Statino". I asked which company they monitored *for*. The answer came back as 'many different companies'. In short, I could only talk on the phone with the people monitoring alarm / surveillance systems, not with the people selling the products and services of Dyezz. I could not find a way to talk to the company I wanted to contact, which is **DYezz*...!!! I find it incomprehensible that a company that sells a service would make it so difficult to contact them by phone."

"I switched from another company to Security One, they use the same equipment. They had to come out and recode everything. I simply switched because of the financial benefit. "On contacting CSI Secure Solutions I was put at ease during this stressful time. All of the surveillance options were explained in detail with costs. Final decision on which surveillance option was best for me was completely mine basing it on cost or in-depth surveillance.
From the first moment the surveillance had begun I was apprised of each situation, even as far as to tell me nothing was happening at that moment. Suggestions we're made to me as far as handling any information I was given,...don't give away ongoing surveillance to subject no matter what is revealed to me. Sometimes hard to do in this stressful situation but with that good advice I was able to find the information I knew in my heart was there but needed concrete proof for closure. At the end of the investigation I had the option of continuing or even choosing a different type of surveillance or ending the current one. I was also furnished with a final report.
I would definitely use this provider again but since they have put an end to my angst I hope I don't need to.
