"Frontpoint's customer service is excellent in my experience. I've rarely had any kind of a hold time when calling them, and their US-based call center staff are friendly and polite. Occasionally, slight oddball issues led to me needing to make more than one call to resolve an issue, but they worked with me to resolve problems as necessary. The system was fairly simple to set up, but not quite as intuitive and easy as they seem to think - I had a few problems that couldn't be solved until they shipped me additional adhesive. I also received two faulty sensors in my original purchase. Frontpoint was helpful and pleasant in resolving those issues, and even overnighted a box of replacement supplies to me to eventually resolve the problem, but of course I would prefer not to have had to deal with this at all. The service calls quickly when an alarm is triggered, and leads me to feel more secure. Thankfully, I haven't had any break-ins or other actual emergencies since installing the system. Frontpoint is fairly future-ready: I have a camera feed I can view online on their website or mobile app, and I have my wifi thermostat hooked up so that I can use one app to control my cameras, security system, and HVAC system. I recently received a Google Home as a gift, and I do wish that Frontpoint integrated more easily into that - but none of their competitors seem to do so, either. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and agreement. Frontpoint hits just about at the sweet spot between total DIY (purchase your own cameras and alarms and monitor them yourselves) and paying someone for a service (ADT, etc.). I'd love if it was a little cheaper, but it doesn't seem unfair."

Stefan and Peter arrived exactly at 9am per appointment time. They brought my TV which I purchased from Smart Home at the same price listed at Best Buy. They installed the Samsung 65" on the wall with brackets with a new outlet and all cables running through the wall. NO WIRES or plugs show, very clean and modern look. Next they set up my Bose sound system (which I also purchased from Smart Home) calibrated the sound for the room. They also setup my XBOX 360 and printer, above the call of duty. Stefan and Peter were excellent with incredible expertise and professionalism. I am extremely happy with my experience and plan to use Smart Home services in the future for my master bedroom. This company is the BEST!

"My system would arm but opening a door or window wouldn't set off the system.   Joel and Dawn came out the next day after I called and went through the system.   They found several window and door switches that were inoperative.   After replacing the bad switches we found that neither the interior or exterior alarm horns were working.  After replacing those , everything worked great. Joel and Dawn were both great to work with.   They spent over 2 hours sorting it all out.   The cost was very reasonable considering parts replaced and labor..   Would definitely call them in the future if we ever needed anything fixed with our system

"Great! At my request they installed a Ring2 doorbell but its limitations caused me to schedule Fort Knox to come back out and install camera#5. I LOVE the app too. They setup my security office in my large master bedroom closet and wired everything very professional and tidy. They even answered questions about our Smart TV and flash player. I am extremely satisfied with their work."
