"I hired Santiago last month to demo wood panels and skim coat the walls smooth since the panels were covering up a lot of mess that was never updated. His pricing was right there along with other contractors I got quotes from. He found some old drywall that was too brittle which he replaced, he also patched some holes in the ceiling from plant hooks etc, matched the ceiling texture perfectly and gave it a fresh coat of paint. Then he replaced all the window trim and added a little shoe molding on the bottom because there was a gap showing where the floor met the wall. So much attention to detail.
