A couple small issues: communication was challenging at times because it was hard to know when the crew was going to actually arrive at our house to work, and they mistakenly dug up the wrong part of our lawn due to a miscommunication; quality-wise, a thin crack appeared on part of the concrete patio after a few months. We contacted Mike from Iate Life Concrete to remove the concrete driveway and replace it with a new one. Mike was able to start right away and was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate our needs. Needless to say we were very skeptical of anyone that we talked to since we had such a bad experience just a week prior to meeting Mike. He was quite reassuring and calmed all our fears. The driveway came out perfect and their crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. My only complaint is that we ordered colored concrete and didn't get it. However, Mike did offer us several solutions for the problem so it ended up not being a problem in the end. We are very happy with the result and would hire Iate Life Concrete again."
