"They were quick and efficient, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our leak was taken care of. They also took extra time to make sure our older roof would pass inspection. Bradley was awesome! "Never pay them in full until the job is 100% complete. I made the mistake of paying them in full after their first visit to fix my leaky roof. They then no-showed with no warning 4 scheduled follow-up visits. I filed a successful dispute with my credit card company. Only after the charge was reversed did they finally return and finish the work over two more days. Lesson learned the hard way. Never again."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
