"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. "My basement experienced water flooding in multiple locations after very heavy rain. A well-known company provided an estimate of 14K for floor tiles, a new sump pump and told me the bathroom would have to be remodeled because of the floor tiles. Allegro Design came out for an estimate and told me that they would have to cut the drywall in the rooms because they could not diagnose the problem by guessing. After hiring them, they cut the drywall which revealed there were huge wall cracks by the windows. They sealed them from both inside and outside. They dug up my yard and applied liquid rubber and cleaned up so well that you could not tell they were there. They also cut the drywall neatly so we could reattach them ourselves later. I appreciate their honestly, fair pricing, cleanliness and the fact that they did not try to sell me on an expensive new sump pump or floor tiles. I highly recommend them."
