They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. "Erik was great to work with when my basement floor drain was backing up after heavy rains. He came over for a free-consultation and was knowledgeable and clear about what was going on. My floor drain was backing up due to a blockage under the basement floor that was not allowing water to travel to the sump pump. After discussing it, Erik recommended hydro-jetting the pump line to ensure that any blockage would be cleared. His schedule was booked for several days, but because my drain was still backing up and continuously flooding my basement, he was able to rearrange appointments and came back the following morning. Working with his partner Mario, they were able to hydro-jet a massive root-ball out of my drain pipe and water began flowing immediately to the sump pump, fixing the problem. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Erik and Drain Inspectors if you have any issues with flooding or water in your house."

"<p>I have worked with this company before when they relined my sewer lines back in ~2012 so I knew what to expect.</p> <p>The owner David Marsh is nice, fair and honest. Since this particular project was not an emergency the job was scheduled out a couple weeks. Also, during the project he received other emergencies and as a customer I was patient and understanding that they couldn't show up one day when a sewer line exploded. </p> <p>The workers were respectful and professional and left the job site clean.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>It took about 2 weeks to complete the project from beginning to end but so far no leaks :)</p> <br />"
