"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"The replacement of the door went phenomenal. Tom and his team were on time and very professional. He was able to salvage our trim and door knob from the original door, which was very much appreciated. He saved us some money that way! He was able to come out to fix the door immediately which was very helpful as we were losing heat during the winter time. He repainted the door and all of the trim and made sure the door was shimmed appropriately to fit the frame. The door works great and looks like it was the original construction.

"Overall, the process went well. 8 weeks from order to install (first try). Everything was not done the first time due to an error in measurement - so new glass was ordered. Unfortunately, on round 2, the second picture window cracked - but 2 weeks later all done and looking good! As an aside, IWR was on time, the team hustled, and clean up after themselves. Second, 8 weeks was NOT an awful wait for a May order. Any construction firm with no backlog, might not have healthy orders."
