"The whole process was explained thoroughly, what was needed and what will be changed, and offered other components to complement the replacement of our gas water heater. Financing was also offered which was one of the reasons for going with this company."

"I got several estimate saying that I needed to replace my hot water heater which would cost a $1800. When Reuben came all he did was change the valve and it only cost me $280. Way to go Empire plumbing... We all like to save money."

"They did a great job replacing my water heater."

"Ezra at Landmark construction energy crew is a perfect company in my book! I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

"He is very professional.  He responded in a timely manner, inspected damaged and provided an estimated cost.  He sent before and after pictures of the repair.  We would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Mike did a great job repairing the skirting around our old mobile home. We were on a budget and had limited time. He made it happen with short notice. Will definitely be calling him back for our next project!"

"Amazing!!!! Was fast on time and professional, installed the water heater in no time and correctly!!! Would give 10 start rating if I could"

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
