"I called Mr. Overhead Door I was having some trouble with garage door and garage remote I made an appointment with Lex very professional he gave me an appointment time and date he even gave me call the following day to make sure I remember he was coming to repair my garage Lex showed up 30 minutes early from the appointment time which was awesome because I really didn’t know how to explain what was wrong all I knew it just wasn’t working he checked it out told me what was wrong and fixed the problem and fixed my remote and installed a keypad which I never had. They went ahead and gave me that visit for free. The price was fine. I was pleased with the salesperson originally. I was not pleased at all with the installation. It took a long time to get everything installed properly. I was disappointed in that and it took many phone calls. It ended up fine."
