"Shane is a friendly and energetic person, and a good communicator. On his initial visit, he checked to see where the water pipes entered my garage, quickly assessed what his work would entail, explained to me how he planned to accomplish it, then listened to my concerns and answered my questions. We were both happy with the plan. A few days later when the scheduled day arrived for him to actually come do the installation, he and his handy assistant, Dalton, showed up promptly, went to work, and got the job done. When he called me back out to the garage to have a look at his work, I was delighted. His work showed that he knows his stuff and likes to do things right. Nice job!"
