He didn't have to do it, he's a very thorough guy. ( On a side note, he recommended we use enzymes mixed with warm water periodically to eat away the build up. We were using liquid Drain-O which Patrick said is corrosive to the piping and mechanisms). Patrick also replaced our out-dated sump pump without any problem. He also looked at a shower for us too. Not only would we hire Patrick again, he's the only plumber I will call from now on!"
