"plumbers were fast, efficient, put things back together and swept up debris. They however did damage 1 paneling board - looks like an elbow went in it in two places, cracked the paneling in two areas, which is now visible - bent in and cracked. They either did not see it or failed to mention...They worked fast, cleaned up, voluntarily placed an access panel for me, which I bought during their lunch break in the ceiling where a 8 by 8" square also had to be cut for the job. Left promptly, all was done professionally and efficiently... I only noticed this panel damage after they left. Now I will need to match- if I can- this exact panel and replace it) on my cost... The inspector asked -why they changed the pipe - lead drain arm- behind the dishwasher, connecting the mission band when it wasn't listed as work needed- mission band was listed. I agreed with the p-trap needing changing in addition to the mission band, the lead drain arm replacement, which added plenty to cost, the plumbers told me was needed. I was notified of the $79 show-up to location charge -after- the appointment was scheduled and plumbers were on their way."

"Best company to hire for any plumbing issues..Very professional and very reasonable price and extremely nice. You cannot go wrong with hiring DP Plumbing ......"

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"Everyone on this team is fantastic. We originally met with Jacob, who was incredibly detailed in the notes he took. He spent a good amount of time with us at our initial meeting to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish. For the second meeting, we met with Jacob and Brian to go over some more items in detail. This is our first home and we relied on their experience when we weren't sure which direction to head into with some areas. The entire team was patient and respectful throughout the entire process, provided updates throughout our remodel, and gave recommendations when we needed them. Everything turned out how we wanted it to and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be using them in the future for other projects."

"My positive experience initiated with Jason answering phone and calmed me down because I was frantic. No water from the showers, sinks and the toilet did not flush and refill. Two other companies had attempted to solve my problems but were incapable of doing so. Tech Everett arrived early on the same day I called. Within thirty minutes, he resolved the issue!! He was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Drain Surgeons and thanks again Jason and Everett."

"Did a complete facelift of my basement. Very knowledgeable with residential lighting and plumbing with great attention to detail! Skilled at project management."

"I couldnâ t have asked for a more thorough and professional service."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
