The first time, my electric was out for part of the house after a storm: I called them at 7:00 am and they were at my house before 8:00 am. They made two trips that day. They got most things fixed that morning, but had to pick up a thermostat and install it later in the day. Today, they came back out and did so much work in 3 hours. They replaced a switch, 3 light fixtures, 6 wired smoke alarms, fixed the wiring on an outside light, ran the wiring and installed a light on the steps to the basement.
