Signed contract because they promised it would be built before the winter. Mid June after many calls they finally started. They worked a day here....a day there....never letting us know when or why . I made many calls asking when the guys would build because of what was promised and I needed to get more concrete done around the pool once they were done. Secretary every time was like talking to a recording, saying the same bull they tell everyone on why pool wasn’t done. I ended up hiring my own crew to backfill ditch in yard and grade yard that had huge piles of dirt for months left . They left a massive pile of gravel in middle of yard no where close to pool for me to get rid of. My pump pipes leaning so bad I have to re do. Concrete around the pool is undermined all over . Left concrete dust in pool and made us vacuum up. Cracks in concrete, tape , caution tape, and trash left all over the place. No matter how many calls I make they never show to finish. They take half the money on start, almost half half way through, and never show up to finish. They take as many jobs as they can to sell and once they get money you will wait forever to get started and they will put you on the back burner to finish if they even do. Worse experience ever. If I ran my business like prestige I wouldn’t have a business"
