He took no measurements, but charged me for cleaning 1200 sq. ft. of wall-to-wall carpet in an 1800 sq.ft. house. In fact he only cleaned the center of the rooms and around furniture, never moving anything. There is a California King sized bed in the main bedroom that takes up most of the room. Only the perimeter was cleaned. I later discovered an area next to the end of the sofa that was literally black from a spill. It hadn't been touched. He said he would clean the window and door tracks. Didn't. He talked about a "complementary car wash", but nothing materialized. Although he used a fan for a short while, it still took overnight to dry. The most shocking to me was the price, and the fact that I paid it. The most I have ever paid, and for better jobs, was $300.
