"All I can say is WOW!!! Marcio exceeded my wildest expectations. When we bought our townhouse, I hated the barnwood floors. First, they were too rustic and dark for my taste. Second, the natural holes were a cleaning nightmare. Rather than replacing all the wood floors at significant cost, we chose to have them refinished. Marcio did three samples for us - sanding and staining - so that we could choose the one we wanted. We left the house for three days for the work to be done. (We had planned to be gone another day, but Marcio and his team finished a day early!) When we returned and opened the front door, we were shocked at how beautiful the floors looked. They were not just changed…they were transformed. No more natural holes, no more dark, depressing color. They were just stunning. Hardwood Flooring Pros were competitively priced and a dream to work with because they were always available to answer questions. I would recommend them without reservation."
