"Jimmy and Gregg remodeled our main bathroom last year and we were so pleased with their work that we hired them again this year to do our Master bath, and just like before, they did a fantastic job for us. Jimmy & Gregg use a large vacuum pipe to pull 98% of any dust created during demo and remodel out of the window in the room. They put a protective cover over our hardwood floors and clean up any mess that they make. Jimmy rerouted much of our plumbing to accommodate all the changes we made in our shower fixtures. Not only are they master craftsmen but they are easy to communicate with and are very congenial and friendly. We were able to discuss our plans and Jimmy was helpful in guiding us in making a few changes that were less expensive and worked even better than our original plans. Jimmy & Gregg are in great demand and definitely worth waiting for if they can’t start right away. Jimmy does his own measurements and estimates for pricing so there are no surprises. The people that Jimmy recommended for our drywall patching (Mike from Front Range Paint and Drywall) and Shower glass (Rich from Allure Glass) did an excellent job on both bathrooms."

"We hired Wright Brothers to do our basement remodel that included a full bar, guest bedroom, bathroom, and a lot of custom millwork (i.e built in entertainment center, wainscoting, base trim and window casing). Although we had a design in mind before we hired Wright Brothers, they were able to offer suggestions to improve what we had already started. Their prices were very fair and the communication from the beginning to the end of the project was outstanding. We never felt pressured to do anything and they were always upfront and transparent when items outside the scope of work were identified. Guests are constantly amazed when they walk in our basement and see the before and after pictures. It is a place our family will use for many years to come thanks to the quality, dependability and integrity Cameron and Jordan put into their jobs."

"I dreamed up a very custom bathroom remodel and in the end Renew got the job done. Sales quoted that it would be a 2-week job, however the installer said itâ s a minimum 3.5 week job, so Sales needs to be more accurate in quoting how long a job takes. In the end it was more like 4-5 weeks. We had an issue with the shower pan, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, the PM let us know that Encompass couldnâ t do what we originally planned for. We made a Plan B, but we lost time and it extended the project timeline. I feel like a PM should have stayed ontop of the pan delivery and we should have known sooner that a Plan B was needed. We ran into a permitting issue with the dumpster, but in the end Renew got the permit sorted. The installer was clean and meticulous, he gets an A+. A new guy was brought in to help speed up the project but he ended up creating an issue with plumbing that required patching. I wasnâ t happy about that, but in the end Renew made it right. The installer, plumber, and glass company that Renew hired were excellent professionals."

"Joe fixed our bathroom leak by replacing the faulty hardware with the proper hardware and patched the wall back up and repainted the wall (with the perfect color match) where he had to cut out to diagnose. You can’t even tell there was a hole there. Joe took the time to explain everything to me of what our issue was and how he fixed it. He was on time, explained how long the job will take, and very thorough. Very professional work. My husband and I will definitely use Cransten again for our house projects in the future.
