"The time had finally come for us to replace our deck. We did a search to find an experienced company or contractor who was willing to work with our many ideas and still fit our budget. We received multiple references for 5280 Home Improvements, Inc. [Bob Erb] along with several others. We did an initial interview with several groups and 5280 seemed to be the right fit. The deck is now complete [see picture] and the project was a complete success and wonderful experience. There were many twists and turns throughout and Bob listened, provided excellent feedback and was more than willing to accommodate our mid-project changes. The workmanship was superior and we are extremely pleased with our new deck."

"I first hired Daniel and his team to scrape my front yard to get it ready for spring planting, and to plant four new trees. They did such a good job, I was thrilled to hire them right away to build a new retaining wall in my 100-year old house basement. They worked within the timeframe I needed them to, as I also was working with another company to replace my furnace. The wall came out better than I could have imagined! When I had some leakage problems with my sprinkler system, they came and worked on that, as well as replaced an old valve. They went above and beyond on my multiple projects. "We met with several contractors when we were planning the deck project but Cedric and his team stood out to us because of the amount of detail he went into just to explain what goes into building a good deck as well as the time he spent educating us. He even had samples of the decking to show us. He was very involved throughout the planning process helping us make decisions on what would be a good design and materials to pick from to stay within budget. The build of the deck was done very well by his team and we really love how it has changed our backyard and made the deck so much more usable. Even though there were some challenges during the build, Cedric and his team worked with us to solve them so we have a good overall design and usability.
