"I went through 4 bids initially to find a good price. I found Greg (owner of Acoustical Home Solutions) to be much more reasonable in price than anyone else. He was able to explain items that others were recommending were not needed or those that were overpriced for the application. He explained everything to me in an informative yet easy to understand way. He took the time to explain what to expect and how the process would take place. When I asked technical questions he had the answers but overall he made me feel comfortable from the start. He always communicated me on time frames and install times and made each each one as promised-- never late or delayed. We did the game room of my home first. We wanted to have five televisions each with multiple signals so I could watch different channels, blue ray, apple tv, etc. on each television. We did this with a 4X4 splitter-- it works great. We also did this with the audio (sound) so that we could also listen to any TV channel, music, CD, iPod, etc. The audio system had in wall speakers and in ceiling speakers, sub woofer. We set up the large 20'X40' and quot;man caveand quot; room with two zones, one above the pool table area and another above the sitting area across the room. This way we could play the music louder in one area-- it works great. Also we added speakers on the porch which are a separate zone as well. Then after we completed the game room we did the home theater. We added in wall speakers, sub, a JVC 3D projector (awesome!), and a 110and quot; screen which was a big as I could go in the room I used. It turned out awesome. The picture is great and the screen he recommended makes 3D pop. In conclusion, before I hired Greg I checked on line all of his equipment and recommendations and found they were all rated at top levels and his pricing was very fair. We had done a lot of work on our home (contractors, landscapers, etc) and from these experiences I can tell you that Greg is the real deal. He does what he says he will do when he says it will be done! He also never came to me with additional unforseen costs like all my other contractors did. In fact, he told me if he missed something it was on him. I dont believe he missed anything on my job but I do know that he billed me only as promised. Lastly, He took the time to train me on the system after install. What was really great was later he came back to my home a few times (after he was fully paid!) to help me with more training on my equipment. That is where I knew that he was the real deal! He has helped me with questions here and there since then and is always responsive within a business day. I like that he keeps his business small enough that he handles the work and does not subcontract. Greg and Acoustical Home Solutions gets my 5 star rating-- I would recommend him for any home theater, stereo, etc system."

"We replaced an existing alarm system with a Link Interactive system. It was very easy to install and the customer service was excellent during installation. The responsiveness of the system has been great so far. It’s also nice to have an alarm that can be managed remotely from an app. The price is a little higher than what we were paying, but I feel like the price is worth it."
