"Jordan is wonderful! He asked me if I had thought about repairing the appliance instead of replacing and I hadn't thought about that yet. He was able to fit me in same day I called. He came over and was able to repair my appliance so I don't need to replace it. He told me there was a diagnostic fee and it would be applied to the repair if it could be repaired, or to the installation if I needed to replace my appliance. So I wouldn't be losing money or spending money unnecessarily. He is fabulous! I don't want to say too many good things about him in case I need to use him again."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Thirty minutes before the repair person arrived, I discovered the leak was actually coming from a drain pipe the appliance was using and NOT the appliance itself. I told the person when he arrived and he said he'd verify leak location before leaving. After that, I offered to write him the check for the service call and he actually waived the charge!! He said since it only took 15 seconds to verify it was not the appliance, I didn't need to pay. Wow!! Needless to say, I will call upon this company the next time I really need to have an appliance repaired!"

"I reached out through the Angi portal and heard back immediately. I was very impressed. They were able to come out fairly promptly and diagnosed the problems we were having. Unfortunately, the parts were not in stock. Once they were able to come back out they were able to install the parts with relative ease. My only issues with this company were with the time frames for the service calls. The first time no one came during the window and I had to reach out so they could send someone else. The 2nd time, they scheduled a time frame and a day without my knowledge and then called to say they couldn't come after all. Oops! They came the next day. The work was done well and the initial responses were good. For some like me, the frustration of constantly having to follow up would cause me to not use them again."
