"Jordan is wonderful! He asked me if I had thought about repairing the appliance instead of replacing and I hadn't thought about that yet. He was able to fit me in same day I called. He came over and was able to repair my appliance so I don't need to replace it. He told me there was a diagnostic fee and it would be applied to the repair if it could be repaired, or to the installation if I needed to replace my appliance. So I wouldn't be losing money or spending money unnecessarily. He is fabulous! I don't want to say too many good things about him in case I need to use him again."

After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

Unfortunately, the parts were not in stock. Once they were able to come back out they were able to install the parts with relative ease. My only issues with this company were with the time frames for the service calls. The first time no one came during the window and I had to reach out so they could send someone else. The 2nd time, they scheduled a time frame and a day without my knowledge and then called to say they couldn't come after all. Oops! They came the next day. The work was done well and the initial responses were good. For some like me, the frustration of constantly having to follow up would cause me to not use them again."
