"Having a lot of dust in my home was not nice to see and not healthy. I called The Best Air Quality and Restoration and received a price and booked an appointment for the next day. I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see disgusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better because I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. I am so happy that I had this service done cheers."

"Working with Justin and Adam Contracting was painless and the quality of work and timely completion of the job is commendable. Communications were great; they were always on time and if there was going to be a delay we were promptly notified. But most importantly is their integrity. There was a room which needed ceiling drywall repair that we had forgotten was part of the original estimate. Several days after we had paid the final invoice, we got a call from Justin stating they had forgotten to do the drywall repair in the room in question. "We had a leaking water heater, and by the time we found it had been leaking, the water had done significant water and mold damage to our floors and drywall. Our insurance carrier gave us the names of a few restoration companies in the area, fortunately I chose Water Damage America. Water Damage America arrived the next morning after our call, and immediately went to work setting up industrial strength dehumidifiers to dry everything out. This process took a week due to the extent of water damage. Our project manager kept us informed about how things were progressing, and was always available for us to call him to ask questions, which he answered thoroughly. The crews who did the work were very professional and thorough. If they were running just a few minutes behind schedule, they called us to apologize. They removed and disposed of all the damaged materials, leaving nothing behind. They were so thorough, that when they pulled out our washer and dryer to remove the floor covering, and before replacing them, they cleaned the walls and the machines themselves, which I was embarrassed to admit I never clean and the area was filthy...not anymore!! Finally our house is dried out and ready to have repairs made. The contractor we contacted was very pleased with how well everything was dried out, allowing repair work to proceed. "We had used KJS before for cleanup related to a sewer line backup and were happy with their work, so we had high expectations when we hired them a second time.  This time, we asked them to get rid of all of the dirt, rocks, and dust left behind after two separate contractors did extensive jackhammering in our basement, first to replace the sewer line, and then to install drainage under our basement slab.  KJS gave us an estimate via e-mail since they already were familiar with our basement.  We then scheduled them, and they arrived right on time.  They stayed for several hours and cleaned just about every surface in our basement, even wiping down all of our storage bins, boxes, and other belongings that had accumulated a thick layer of construction dust.  Our basement now looks and smells much better.  We hope we'll never need this type of service again, but if we do, Kim, Jaime, and Steve will be our first call.

"Owner responded promptly and came out as scheduled to do estimate.  During the estimate, he described the basis for the estimate in detail and explained how he would honor the Angie's List discount.  Due to the size of some of the rooms, he had to make allowances in the terms of the discount, and he did so willingly and gave a good price.  He seemed very knowledgeable and proud of the quality of his work.  He was a little dramatic about how he wasn't sure a stain would come out and that there was water damage and mold on the walls, too.  When he explained he does repair and restoration of water damage, it seemed then that he was hedging for more work.  But in all, he wasn't pushy about it and agreed to do just the carpet cleaning.  He also explained he uses a new method that extracts the water very efficiently and reduces drying time.  He also uses his own water because Fairfax County water does not yield good results.  On the day of the cleaning, he arrived on time, carefully set up so as not to damage walls or wood floors in the process, and did a very thorough job.  The stain came out beautifully, and he left a complementary bottle of carpet cleaning solution.  I wasn't able to stay the whole time he was there, and he let himself out and locked up responsibly.  When I returned later that day, the carpets  were clean and totally dry.
