"I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Appleton Campbell.  The technician that was sent to my house (Michael) arrived on time and spent a lot of time with me going over the various options for my 80 gallon electric water heater replacement.  Michael also took the time to test my well water for me (At no charge) and brought it to my attention that my water was very acidic and that my neutralizer tank was not working properly.  I plan to call Michael back in the next few weeks to have them service my neutralizer tank. <br /> Unfortunately as of April 2015 they are no longer making 80 Gallon water heaters so I was  unable to use this company for the installation.  Michael did provide me with other alternatives to an 80 Gallon tank but the new Hybrid systems are out of my budget and a 50 gallon water heater will not cut it for the size of my house.  <br /> Michael and Appleton Campbell have been added to "My Favorites" on Angie's List and plan on using them in the future for other services/projects. <br /> Make sure to request Michael as your Tech! <br />"

"Courteous, Professional, and Knowledgeable HVAC Installer - Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year and SwiftPro was the right choice. I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up. Tyler worked with me to ensure I had the right system that 'fit' in the area left after removing the old system. Workers were completely professional and knowledgeable during installation and dare I say - courteous. Installation was supposed to be same-day, but one part was unavailable at the time. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe&#39;s and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe&#39;s severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe&#39;s although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
