"I reached out to Garcia Concrete Solutions for replacement of my walkways at the front of porch and along the entire sidewalk of my home. He came out to give an estimate; the estimate was affordable yet competitive. I was happy that it was within my budget after pricing around in today’s market. April showers delayed the start of project; it down-poured for days. But afterwards, Garcia and his crew came out to install my concrete walkways. They were early, efficient and worked swiftly and professionally. They promised Ozinga concrete and they ordered an Ozinga truck with delivery of my concrete. So far, I’m happy with the work they provided to my home. It definitely looks clean and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Garcia Concrete solutions. When the time is right, I will consider using them for my back patio replacement. Thanks again for helping me beautify my home."

From the proposal/quote stage all the way through payment, everything was fully communicated, executed quickly, and delivered with the utmost attention to detail —probably 2-3 weeks from first contact to finished work. "We were referred to this company and spoke with Steve. During early phone conversations, we were told the job was usually around $1,000. We scheduled a 10:00am appointment. Steve called after 10:00am to confirm, but did not arrive until close to noon. When he came to see the space, the price discussed was $1,500, which we agreed to. We paid a $750 deposit via Zelle to schedule the work and signed the contract. We agreed to purchase the exhaust fan ourselves. After purchasing it, we were told there would be an additional $200 charge to install it. We were also asked to send an additional $75 via Zelle for HOA paperwork and insurance. No work was performed other than the site visit. After multiple added costs were introduced and before anything started, we decided to cancel. We were then told the deposit would not be refunded. With no work performed, a partial refund felt reasonable. That was not our experience. We would not use this company again."
