He claimed my chimney was a ?Level 3? hazard and unsafe to use, then charged me $150 for essentially nothing. He refused to inspect and quoted me nearly $10,000 for making the chimney operable ? even insisting on speaking with my husband (which was inappropriate and unnecessary). I later had another reputable company clean it without any problem; they confirmed it?s safe for this season and quoted a MUCH lower fee for future work, not $10,000. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company."

"Your home is not safe with this company. We had service done on 11/12/2025. I noticed that night that medical marijuana was missing from my bedroom. I am a cancer patient. I didn't notice anything else missing and didn't want to put someone's job in jeopardy in this economy. Today, I noticed that $150 was missing from my wallet. I didn't think to check my wallet when I noticed the missing marijuana because it was right by the front door. Who would steal that audaciously? I called the company to report what had happened. I was told they had "received my email a while ago about the medical marijuana and had been passing it around". I never sent them an email, and neither did my husband. Someone else had also been robbed in a similar way. I was transferred to the owner, Joe, who offered to reimburse me $100 "out of his own pocket" if I wanted to come to his office to get it. That offer was rescinded when I expressed my dissatisfaction with it. Nothing is being done. Protect your family."

"It was a pleasure working with Joe and Wendy. Their crew was incredible. They arrived at 8:00 and were pulling out of the driveway at 2:00. The roof is beautiful and the yard was immaculate after the job was done. You couldn’t even tell they had been here. The dumpster was gone the next morning. "This company provides excellent customer service! We bought a home in 2016 that included a pool house awning installed by Sondrini Enterprises in 2013. It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"
