"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. "We have worked with them for years. Had someone install a liner in 2015 that fell apart; paid $5000, work was done in 1 day, and done incorrectly. Steve and crew came out and removed the liner, smoothed out the bottom, replaced the pump. It took a couple of weeks, but I did not want this done in a day because of what happened the last time we had a liner replaced. When we have problems they are prompt about coming out and fixing them."
