"We hired this company based on the professionalism Joey displayed when he did the estimate for installing a foundation drain. The first day the crew did not arrive until 11 and left around 2. The second day the crew was called off to finish another job. Once the work commenced the foundation proved to be more formidible than original; however, there was other work that could have been completed. Part of the repair included fixing our cedar closet. When told the original material was unavailable and asked if a *matching material* could be used. I agreed. Well the matching material was plain plywood and looks terrible. When pressed on the issue, the project manager acted like a bully and was very unpleasant. So now I am paying a carpenter to finish the work. The company never even offered to reimburse me for the work they did not finish."

The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout. "Donny did a great job fixing my shop. The entire sill plate of the building had been eaten by termites. Donny had to lift the walls in portions and replace the sill and then poured a new concrete foundation over the dirt floor that was in place. The work was done quickly, he always kept the place clean, was respectful and very helpful explaining things and helping us understand what was going on. It was a great experience. I hired Donny again for another foundation repair when a wall on out converted carport was leaking at the base. Donny responded quickly, gave a good quote and got to work. They found no issues with my home, but did point out some settling that caused cracking in my front porch. I appreciate that they broke down the processed they presented and warranties that they include. After evaluating and choosing a course of action, I was put on the schedule. The technicians were in constant communication with me throughout the steps and walked me through their work once complete. "David did substantial work to repair foundation damage that was found during removal of a large tree that fell during the Helene storm. The foundation was bulging/collapsing inwards below grade to the interior of an earthen basement. The project needed more than a canned approach, which several other foundation contractors described that they could do. David explained several options for addressing the failure and stabilizing the foundation over the longer term. I was impressed by his thinking and very satisfied by the work. He was able to do the work in a timely fashion during a period when he was working on quite serious road and foundation repair projects resulting from Helene damage.
