"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. We happened upon Richard’s iCornerstone site via Angies. Richard provided an extremely transparent and detailed description of his unique and practical process, which delivered a set of superb designs along with a truly logical, transparent, and honest listing of costs, both materials and labor, at all stages, and how those costs were derived. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. Antonio communicated clearly with me, every step of the construction process.  After removing the siding, there was additional water damage underneath that required additional work.  He carefully showed me and explained what had to be done, and we revised the scope of the work.  My husband and I felt that he showed a lot of honesty and integrity in carefully outlining and showing us additional work needed, that could not be seen until the siding was removed. We felt he was very fair with us in his pricing for the scope of the work.

He helped us review the composite siding options and warranties, and brought us samples for the siding and decking, at different price points and explained in detail differences between each. He and his crew came punctually and on the schedule that Antonio had laid out for us.  They were meticulous in their clean-up as well.

The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem.
