"I hired Bob Phalan for repairs and renovation of a rental unit in Dorchester that had wear and tear from multiple tenants. Bob worked on replacing exterior clapboards, renovating the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting all walls and trim throughout the unit. He also plastered damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a good problem solver and can suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. I would definitely hire him again."

"???? I?m very happy with the exterior trim repair! The team did an excellent job repairing the damaged wood trim around my window. "DC has done several projects for me: replaced and stained exterior wood trim on a majority of the house, rebuild an outdoor structure that holds pool equipment, repaired a fence downed during a storm, stained a new wood fence, prepped and painted a wrought iron, and replaced a skylight. I have been more than satisfied with each project. The workers are punctual, courteous, do an excellent work and then clean up thoroughly. I am so happy to have found a reliable company that does consistently quality work."

"For the first time in 35 years I found moss growing on my roof. I hired Chris Healy to remove the moss and clean my gutters. He did the job the very next morning – working for several hours in the hot sun – completely removing the moss and cleaning out the gutters and the associated downspouts. The roof was spotless. Great job."

"Patrick and team worked on an interior painting project to paint doors, trims, walls and ceiling. They did an awesome job. Patrick was very detail oriented and ensured all steps are followed in the process to get the best out come with clean looking finish. They were very independent and moved the stuff around where needed and kept the work going. Very happy with their work and would hire again or refer to friends and family."

"Bertie came out to look at the gate on a Wednesday night. He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. He kept in contact with me the entire time. I would definitely hire Bertie again and I highly recommend him."

"We had mold that another company removed. Todd and Dave at Booth Home repair were very professional during the estimate phase and pointed out a few areas the other three contractors did not see. They were punctual, friendly and had a reasonable quote. They started when they said they would, and treated our house as if it were their own. We are more than pleased with their finished work and would recommend them highly."
